Service advice

This is not a huoniao service manual its from my knowledge of being a biker and looking after your bike.

• Change oil every 500-1000 miles with a good quality oil but not synthetic as this could affect your clutch.1 litre required.
• check air filter every 500 miles,either clean or replace
• check battery and terminals every 1000 miles making sure good clean connections and level topped up
• check spark plug every 500 miles or so.clean or replace.gap should be between 0.6-0.7mm.
• general checks every 500 mile or so on brake fluid,tyre pressures and tighten bolts that may of come loose.

A good replacement from new would be to upgrade to a NGK sparkplug and Ht lead.these are available at around £20 for both

Another reccomendation is to adjust the mixture screw on your carburrettor by about 2 turns.the screw is located on front of the carb

facing upwards.2 turns out should do the trick as there are sent over lean for emmisions checks.this should sort any irregular

running of the bike.

Also these bikes from new should be checked back to front every nut and bolt as some could be loose and as you run the bike in

its a good idea to keep checking weekly as they will shake loose due to vibrations as the engines running in.
